Rain Damage While Roof was Being Replaced
When having your roof replaced one of the many things to think about is the weather and when it might rain. Our client found out the hard way when it began to rain in the middle of getting the new roof installed. Most of the roof was up however there were areas that were left unprotected. The before photo shows one of those areas. The rain came in above the window and flooded the room. The after photo shows the same room once SERVPRO of Rancho Cordova mitigated the loss. Luckily the rain stopped soon and the damage wasn’t as bad as the homeowner thought.
