Slab Leak Caused Water Damage

On older homes unseen issues can sometimes cause large problems. The before photo shows the den of our clients home. They had a crack in their cement slab that no one knew about. Until, that is, water started coming inside. They didn’t know where it was coming from and just kept cleaning it until months had pasted and nothing seemed to stop the water. The after photo shows the same den once all the water damage was mitigated. The entire first floor had been affected over the months and all the flooring had to be removed. Once the homeowners got the slab crack repaired they finally started sleeping better at night knowing they wouldn’t wake up to wet floors anymore.
