Water Damage from Leaking Washing Machine

When your washing machine leaks, as a homeowner, it’s hard to imagine the full extent of the damage. The before photo shows some swollen baseboards in the entry way of our clients home. The entry way was down the hall, past three rooms, from the laundry room. The water traveled under the hardwood floors, the homeowner never realized how far it could go. The after photo is the same entry way once SERVPRO of Rancho Cordova mitigated the loss. Most of the hardwood floors needed to be removed as well as the baseboards. Once all the affected items were removed we were able to dry everything to preloss condition.
