Hot Water Leak Caused Mold Growth
The before picture shows the hot water heater area and mold growth all over the drywall. The homeowners started seeing growth on some cabinets by the hot water heater area. Once we got there we found out how far the growth has actually spread. The laundry/mud room and part of the kitchen were also affected in addition to the hot water heater room. The after photo shows the hot water heater room and laundry/mud room in the back ground after the remediation process was completed. All drywall and flooring was removed and the growth was completely cleaned out. The homeowner was very pleased with the thorough work and appreciated the honesty about how far it has spread.
